This documentary series looks back on one of the most horrific terrorist attacks in history. Twenty years ago, hijacked planes owned by the terrorist group Al Qaeda flew into the World Trade Center in New York and the Pentagon in Washington. On the basis of poignant stories from first aiders and survivors, we go back to 2001. The dark day of September 11 is relived through special archive images, photos and interviews.
