The Hunt for Raoul Moat plot

In 2010, 37-year-old Raoul Moat is in prison for assaulting his ex-girlfriend Samantha Stobbart and their young daughter. Jealous about having a new boyfriend, Chris Brown, Moat decides to visit them shortly after his release and get revenge. Brown is killed and Stobbart is hospitalized. As Moat flees, the police - including Officer Neil Adamson - try to apprehend him. At the same time, local journalist Diane Barnwell wants to tell the real story of Moat in a landscape of sensationalism and social media provocation.

I thought this was quite a good series, and I am a fan of Lee Ingleby. And indeed, as with any murderer or serial killer, the names of the victims are forgotten, but the killers become famous, for example Ted Bundy, everyone knows him, but no one knows a victim anymore.

I also find it quite scary the many people who commemorate someone like this murderer every year and still make him a hero, even though he was a bad, dangerous man. Already had 30,000 fans on Facebook before they deleted the account
