The Godfather: A Novel for Television plot

Four-part miniseries, which was a special marathon television version of The Godfather and The Godfather: Part II, chronologically cutting the two films into one. This also includes leftover material that was not shown in any of the theatrical releases for either film. These additions also make this television series a bit more faithful to Puzo's original novel. The mutual family relations, the relations to the other of the 'five families', but especially the devising of compelling actions, such as the horse head incident, become more insightful.
