dr. Samantha 'Sam' Waters, a Forensic Psychologist, has a rare gift that allows her to flawlessly unravel seemingly unsolvable crimes. Sam can form a picture of a crime through the eyes of the victim and the perpetrator. But there is a group of people who would rather lose her than be rich for that very reason. Take 'Jack of all trades', a serial killer who killed Sam's husband three years ago. Completely upset, she tries to build a new life in anonymity together with her daughter. Yet her old friends from the FBI continue to call on her."
