Det Som Göms i Snö plot
After a long sick leave, Peter Wendel returns to work. He must immediately investigate a murder. This investigation was launched after an unknown person tipped off the police that Sweden's most notorious serial killer, who has been behind bars for years, is innocent. Wendel has to rush to bring in the least suitable people on the force to get his new cold case team up and running. But when Wendel and his daughter do get very close to the investigation, things only get more complex…

This eight-part Swedish television series gets off to a slow start, which also takes some getting used to the characters and the tone, but gradually it develops into an exciting and very entertaining krimi. The plot is cleverly put together, the humor is nicely subdued and the colorful characters are pleasantly disturbed. The assembled cold case team tasked with solving a murder from the past is one of the most unlikely groups of people I've ever seen together, but oddly enough, it works.

One of the better Scandinavian crime series. The beginning and end of this series is unfortunately quite slow. But other than that, this was an engaging series with some interesting characters. As an example Barbro: what a smart and sober figure. The cast was quite well chosen. The plot was well put together. I am used to the fact that the mystery is solved globally but that some ends remain open; There could be a next season, although very often that is not the case.
