In 'Who's America?' the political and cultural spectrum of the United States is explored through conversations with known and unknown Americans. In these conversations Cohen introduces various characters. For example, we get to know Erran Morad, an Israeli anti-terror specialist, who is trying to introduce the United States to his methods. Billy Wayne Ruddick Jr., PhD, tries to convince us of various conspiracy theories, OMGWhizzBoyOMG! is a Swedish YouTuber, Rick Sherman is a British former inmate who incorporates his experiences in prison in his art, Dr. Nira Cain-N'Degeocello is a left-wing activist trying to understand the Trump voter, and finally Gio Monaldo, an Italian millionaire and playboy, goes in search of new fashion talent.
