The Powers That Be plot
William Powers is a Democrat senator who has been in politics for twenty-six years. William is a good guy who can perform well at a local level but knows too little about political affairs at a national level to be able to get by. Fortunately, he is supported by his family and staff who, unlike William himself, have enough insight and political ingenuity to make it through Washington.
