Spin City plot

The story is based on a fictional local government that controls New York City from City Hall. Randell Winson the mayor of New York is assisted by his city clerk Mike Flaherty. Mike does an excellent job. His personal life, on the other hand, is a little less smooth. Other City Hall staff members include Secretary Paul Lassiter, Chief of Staff Stuart Bondek and Head of Minority Affairs Carter Heywood.
