Offspring plot
Nina Proudman is in her 30s, a midwife and lives in Melbourne. She is divorced, has a demanding job and tries not to complicate her job by starting a relationship with a colleague. Nina's love life is not getting along. She tends to think too much about things and flee into fantasy. Like Nina, her friends and her chaotic family try to create some order in their lives and find or keep love.
