Crashing plot
Up-and-coming comedian Pete discovers that his wife is cheating on him with another man, forcing him to take a hard look at himself and his life. As Pete tries to find solace at a New York comedy club, he befriends cynical comedy legend Artie Lange, who reluctantly offers him some pizza, advice and a couch to sleep on. Meanwhile, his life goes downhill and he tries to get a job as a successful comedian.
