Citizen Smith plot

Wolfie Smith is the leader of the Tooting Popular Front, a political party in Tooting, London. The party wants power for the people and freedom for Tooting. In reality, however, Wolfie is an unemployed layabout who steals. His political plans go awry because of his indifference, absurdity and lack of experience.
