The year is 2021. Deep beneath the ocean surface looms a vast, beautiful high-tech complex: Sealab. A multinational scientific station with an annual budget in the trillions, dedicated to the research and exploration of man's last frontier... Sealab's crew is tasked with investigating the possibility of underwater colonization. Because by then the Earth's surface has just generally become too crowded and too hot. As most government-funded agencies usually are, Sealab is staffed by a motley crew of people unfit for private sector work. They don't do research, but instead spend their time bickering or just being silly.
