In the small, old-fashioned world of Old Town - slowly being taken over by the modern world - the Goodman family and their innocent 6-year-old son Tommy acquire a dog named Mr. pickles. The two spend their days in Old Town and experience interesting adventures. But what Tommy and his family, other than Tommy's grandfather, don't know is that the secret evil in Mr. Pickles hides causing him to sneak off to kill and mutilate people.
