After Harley Quinn cuts all contact with 'The Joker', she tries to make it on her own as the criminal Queenpin of Gotham City. Despite being a super villain, it's hard for her. Teaming up with other villains is therefore inevitable in order to stay at the top. But Harley is not crazy. As long as she remains on guard, she will rule Gotham.
