Rokuro 'Rock' Okajima is a typical, spoiled Japanese businessman. But during a routine business trip, he is kidnapped by the Lagoon Company, a trio of pirates operating out of the crime-ridden city of Roanapur. Abandoned by his bosses, Rock decides to join the pirates. The group consists of leader Dutch, a former Marine, Benny, a computer specialist and mechanic, and Revy, who prefers to solve situations by force. Together with them, Rock must survive the ever-changing politics of the criminal underworld.
