In Dakar, the bustling capital of Senegal, there is a fine line between everyday life and the supernatural. Where the two worlds intersect, an old lone wolf named Commander Sakho has been keeping unseen but deadly enemies at bay for the past twenty years. But now they seem to have caught up with him. In a case where dark, destructive forces want to plunge the world into chaos, Sakho is thrown into the deep end along with Mangane, a young man who acts without thinking. The fate of the continent - perhaps even all of humanity - now rests in the hands of this unlikely police duo.
