Black Scorpion plot
The City of Angels is plagued by crime. The mayor is corrupt, and the police are incapable of doing anything about it. The city is looking for a figure who can keep the situation under control. They find that person in Darcy Walker. By day Darcy is a policewoman, but by night she is Black Scorpion. She takes a hard line against crime.
