Gangmaegang plot

Every year, the Songwon Police Station’s Major Crimes Unit 2 wins the dubious honor of being the worst performing unit in the country. After letting a criminal go, the chief is transferred to a remote island. The team is banished to a temporary office in an abandoned daycare center, where they are given a new case. That’s when they meet Yubin, their mysterious new chief who helps them with the case. The team is initially skeptical of Yubin’s methods, but they quickly bond as they solve the case together. Can this team of misfits become the best performing team in the nation?
