Former police officer and Vietnam veteran BL Stryker spends his days as a private detective on a boat in Palm Beach. His ex-wife Kimberly has meanwhile been married to a millionaire and also lives in Palm Beach. While BL tries to enjoy his carefree life, he also works with his good friend and neighbor Oz to solve crimes that plague the state of Florida.
