The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live plot

Spin-off series of 'The Walking Dead' centered around the characters Rock and Michonne. The story of their love has been changed enormously by an equally untoldly changed world. The two are torn apart by distance, as well as by an unstoppable force. Can they find each other? Apart from that, can they still find themselves in a situation they've never known before?

Ik ben niet een grote Walking Dead fan, maar ik heb alles gezien en moest dus ook ''The Ones Who Live'' gaan kijken. Net klaar met de laatste aflevering. Dat was een intense, suspense volle aflevering met een heel mooi eind. Maar terugkijkend op alle afleveringen, moet ik zeggen dat The Ones who Live zeker niet geweldig vind. En dat komt mede door; aflevering vier & vijf. Alleen maar janken van Michonne, totaal niks over de CRM. Natuurlijk draait het om haar en Rick, maar kom op schrijvers, waar was de spanning. Het leek wel alsof ik naar romantische drama zat te kijken. Wat ze zo goed deden in aflevering zes: enorm sterke intense spanning, dat hadden ze in vier en vijf moeten doen. Halve ster erbij vanwege aflevering zes.

I'm not a big Walking Dead fan, but I saw everything so I had to watch ''The Ones Who Live''.

Just finished the last episode. That was an intense, suspense-filled episode with a very nice ending. But looking back on all the episodes, I have to say that I definitely don't like The Ones who Live. And that is partly due to; episode four & five. Just whining from Michonne, nothing at all about the CRM. Of course it's all about her and Rick, but come on writers, where was the tension. It felt like I was watching a romantic drama.

What they did so well in episode six: very strong intense tension, they should have done that in four and five. Added half a star for episode six.

Ben egt wel een grote fan van de walking dead daarfoor kon ik alle spin-offs dus ook niet missen. Ik vind dit wel de beste spin off denk, al vond ik daryl altijd wel het vetste personage. Toch denk ik dat er wel iets meer uit deze spin-off te halen was. Er zit eigenlijk teveel verhaal in voor wat ze laten zien. Maar goed ik heb me zeker vermaakt.

I am really a big fan of the walking dead, so I couldn't miss all the spin-offs. I think this is the best spin-off, although I always thought Daryl was the coolest character. Still, I think there could have been more to this spin-off. There is actually too much story in it for what they show. But anyway, I certainly enjoyed myself.
