Kingdom plot

A nice sequel to season 1. Where in season 1 I had difficulty in the beginning to separate the characters and understand who is on which side, I was now really good at it. Nice balance between the infected and the struggles in the palace.

After the sublime cliffhanger of the first season, this second series continues mercilessly, with a lot of action and bloody spectacle especially in the first and last few episodes. The mixture of historical drama and zombie horror still works great, aided by beautiful sets and costumes. The episodes in the middle focus a bit more on intrigue and political scheming, but are no less captivating as a result. This reminded me of a series like Game Of Thrones. Kingdom is absolutely not inferior to that in any case.
