Best season so far, but unfortunately you will be disappointed if it turns out to be all filler again afterwards. I expected a conclusion after 5 seasons. To stretch a prequel, about a supporting role, longer than the main series is absurd. Since the lines are known, it is not surprising. Still, the makers are talented, but they could have achieved a lot more with a new original series.
Lalo makes this another good season for me. The other characters are no longer surprising or unbelievable. Another advantage was that the legal profession has faded more into the background.
I'd say let Kim say goodbye, buy Saul a new office and let Lalo come to his end and then it's done. But this will be filled with all kinds of irrelevant side plots.
Still a good enough for the beautiful shots and the scenes that would be exciting if you hadn't seen Breaking Bad.

We are now deep in the cartel world and that creates the necessary tension. The eighth episode offers some of the strongest moments on television, and the following two episodes are up there but not much better. Lalo is a very cool character; he seems very unconcerned, but in the meantime he radiates a lot of danger and that will undoubtedly lead to many strong moments in the coming season. A wonderful opponent to Gus and Mike, who are just as interesting in their own way. I'm really looking forward to how the puzzle will eventually be completed and how this will be fitted in with Breaking Bad. This season is ultimately the best of the series so far, but in anticipation of the final season, which I expect even more from, I'll keep it at 3.5*.

Thought this season was a bit of a struggle to get started, but the ending was the best one yet.
Kim Wexler really comes into her own and something similar applies to Lalo Salamanca.
The supporting parts with Howard Hamlin are quite hilarious by the way haha.
