"Buffalo Bill...Fighting a one-man battle against cowardly land swindlers who framed the code of the lawless west!"

It is 1860 and the old Spanish lands are being divided. Montez (Trevor Bardette) is out on a portion of Don Regas's (Hugh Sothern) ranch, but Don Regas still has the original title deeds in his possession and has no intention of relinquishing them. Montez then deploys Indians, but Bill Cody (Roy Rogers) and Gabby (George Hayes) assist Don Regas in the battle.
