"A NEW SINGING -ACTION WESTERN STAR FLASHES ACROSS THE SCREEN!"
Roy Rogers is elected a member of the district convention to ensure water access for ranchers. In Washington, he learns that he needs the support of an important congressman and gets the man to travel west to check on the situation on the spot. When they arrive, the man is not impressed by the problem. Roy therefore ensures that the tour group runs out of water to show the importance of water.
