"Rodeo" Bill is a tough, fun-loving cowboy who loves a lot of action and will do anything to create it himself, if it gets too boring for him. He attends a circus show and causes some trouble with both the locals and some of the players. But after seeing Ruth Henson, the daughter of the show's owner, he decides to join the circus and travel with it.
