The Fighting Texan plot
Rancher Pete Hadley wants to take possession of the property of his two neighbors, ranchers Jim Perkins and Joe Walton. He has his henchmen steal Walton's horses and then has them branded. He uses the firework of the Perkins Ranch to play both ranchers against each other. Glenn Oliver arrives at a time when Walton and Perkins are in conflict. Glenn bought a stake in the Perkins Ranch. When Perkins is killed, Glenn determines that the bullets came from Walton's gun. But suspicious Glenn, who has feelings for Joe Walton's daughter Judy, doesn't trust the case and investigates.
