The Crimson Canyon plot

Cowboy Phil "Six Gun" Lang helps "Dad" Packard pay off a $1,000 loan. Packard had borrowed this amount from Abner Slade. Phil then rescues Packard's granddaughter Daisy Lanning from a runaway covered wagon, only to learn that he interrupted the filming of a movie scene. Phil invites Daisy to dance, but this falls through due to a ruse from Sam, Abner Slade's son.
