The Caravan Trail plot
"In the glorious color of America's outdoor wonderland"
When Sheriff Eddie Dean arrives in town to visit his friend the marshal, he finds that he was murdered by the outlaw Joe King and his henchmen and that the corrupt judge Joe King was the principal. Joe catches three bank robbers in the act and gives them a chance to stay on the straight and narrow. He offers them a job as deputy sheriff. But Joe gets into trouble when Poker Face, one of the ex-bank robbers, still cheats on him.
