Texas Renegades plot

"Lighting on the draw, there's no time for foolin' when Tim springs to the rescue!"

Marshal Tim Smith is sent to Rawhide to expose a bunch of cattle thieves. When the gang attempts to deal with the new marshal, they kill the wrong man. Tim puts his identification papers with the dead man and pretends to be a notorious bandit. This gives him access to the gang, and the leader gives him the task of pretending to be the new marshal.
