Stage to Thunder Rock plot
Sheriff Horne's last job before he retires is tracking down the Sawyer brothers. The brothers stole $50,000 from the city bank. Horne manages to kill one of them and captures the other, Reese. Reese taunts Horne with threats that his father Ross Sawyer, who adopted and raised Horne, will soon come to free him. Horne takes Reese to the nearby stagecoach station and then takes him into town. This station is owned by the despondent Henry Parker. Along with his nagging wife Myra and young daughter Julie, Henry celebrates the return of his oldest daughter Leah, Horne's former sweetheart.
