"The Great Outdoor Screen Adventure - From the Novel That Thrilled Millions!"
Cowboy Clint Barkley patiently finds, captures and tames the beautiful wild stallion Smoky. An almost unbreakable bond develops between Clint and Smoky. However, Clint's brother needs money to pay off his debts and trades Smoky. He secretly tries to take the horse with him. But Smoky senses something is wrong and resists being taken away. In the ensuing fight, Clint's brother is accidentally killed.
