Savage Pampas plot
"Never had the peaceful Pampas witnessed such raw emotions...Never had men fought with such violence for their women!"
Argentina, c. 1890. Captain Martín, who is commander of a remote garrison located on the edge of the vast Argentine pampas, is in serious trouble. More and more of his men defect to Padrón, the local leader of a band of outlaws. Padrón gives these deserters an outlet for their frustrations, which Martín cannot help: prostitutes. Padrón then expands his outlaw gang with these defectors. Martín tries in vain to convince his superiors in Buenos Aires of his problems. He then orders prostitutes to be brought to his garrison to maintain the number of men. Anarchist journalist Miguel Carreras, who had to choose between serving in the army or going to prison, is also traveling with him. The long journey is not without its dangers; Along the way, the company has to deal with attacks by Indians and outlaws from Padrón.
