Red River Valley plot
The ranchers have raised money to build a water reservoir so that water can continue to flow into the valley. The money is stolen and Allison suggests that the ranchers sell their cattle to get the money. Roy Rogers suspects that Allison may have something to do with the theft of the money to gain control of the valley and tries to delay the sale of the cattle. Meanwhile, Roy and his friends try to get their hands on evidence that argues against Allison.
