Red River Shore plot
When oil is found in Paxton, Oklahoma, Marshal Rex Allen heads there. Allen thinks that where oil is found, problems arise. Indeed, just after arriving in Paxton, Allen witnesses the bank being robbed by outlaws. The outlaws escape with $25,000, which the local ranchers had deposited at the bank. Allen finds out that rancher Frank Barlowe is behind the bank robbery. Other ranchers also find out and kill Barlowe. Barlowe's son Ned wants to make a deal with the angry ranchers. But then Frank Barlowe's ex-partner and outlaw Case Lockwood tells Ned that Allen killed his father.
