Oklahoma Territory plot
"The Cherokee Vengeance Cry Thundered Out And Only One Man's Courage Could Silence It... A Man Called Houston!"
Temple Houston, the son of the famous Sam Houston, is a prosecutor with a sense of justice and injustice and is based in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He teams up with Judge Parker in an area assigned to the Native Americans. Cherokee chief Buffalo Horn is falsely accused of murder by Bigelow, a railroad agent. Buffalo Horn allegedly killed the district's Indian officer. Bigelow's business is to get the Cherokees to declare war and thus break the peace treaty. That way, the land, now occupied by the Cherokees, can be released so that the railroads can expand. Houston is forced to sue his friend Buffalo Horn.
