Mr. Logan, U.S.A. plot
During World War I, J. Alexander Gage, a German spy, tries to force a strike among miners in New Mexico, working with the foreman of the local mine. Their plan is to blow up the mine and blame the strikers for it. Jim Logan also arrives in the village and he sets his eye on Suzanne, the niece of the mine owner. Gage manages to have Logan arrested and then kidnaps Suzanne.
