"See Whirlwind Ken Maynard in a dual role...as the fighting cowboy sheriff, and as the sheriff's double-dealing brother!"
After Sheriff Ken puts money in the safe, his brother Clem gives the bandit Rawhide the number combination. The people in town are angry with Ken for having their money stolen and now choose Boots as sheriff, who arrests Ken. Clem is actually a prisoner of Rawhide, regrets it and sends his brother Ken a message where Rawhide is. Ken escapes from prison with the help of a musician and goes after Rawhide.
