"TRIPLE-TROUBLE For Fighting Tim! - Framed for murder! - Hunted by killers! - A desperate girl's gun in his back!"
Ben Jason has found a long-lost gold mine. When saloon owner Janse Morgan learns of this from goldsmith Matt Wyatt, he and his comrade Rocky chase Ben Jason and his daughter Judy. However, Bob Banning and Rafferty, who are nearby, disrupt the pursuit, but fail to prevent Ben from being killed. Judy, who has meanwhile gone to get backup (Sheriff Bradley), sees Bob Banning and Rafferty with her dead father and accuses both of the chase and the murder. Bob Banning and Rafferty manage to escape from prison and go in search of the real culprits.
