Die Schwarzen Adler von Santa Fe plot
Ranch workers kill a bunch of Indians. They have disguised themselves as soldiers, so that a revolt will arise between the army and the Indians, led by Black Eagle (Kendall), which will allow them to claim more land. The country is full of oil and can only be claimed if no settlers want to settle. Now it's up to the hero (Harris) to prove that the military had nothing to do with the massacre.
