"Gunfighting Was Their Business"
Trampas, a cowboy from Medicine Bow, Wyoming, is sent to Mexico to buy a bull for his employer. The ranch foreman warns Trampas to be careful in Laredo, a rough town on the Mexican-Texan border. Despite the warning, within just an hour of his arrival, he manages to get into such a mess that he must fight three different Texas Rangers three times. Unwilling to fight the Rangers at all, Trampas is on his way out of town when he bumps into the three Rangers who are just on their way to track down a missing train, which disappeared with a huge sum of money in wages. The Rangers, who are just heading in the same direction as Trampas, ask him to get together with the idea in the back of their minds that this way they can get help from him and still force their fight against him after completing their mission.
