Arizona Manhunt plot
Sheriff Tom White and his deputy Jim Brown, who are actually looking for the outlaw Scar Willard, track down and arrest his brother Pete Willard and his young adopted daughter Judy Dawson. Pete is jailed and Judy is taken in by Jane Rowan, who, with the help of Red White, the sheriff's grandson, is teaching her morals. Outlaw Clara Drummond frees Pete from prison, and she kidnaps Judy, because both know where Scar Willard is hiding with his stolen money.
