"In a town like Twin Peaks, no one is innocent."
FBI Agent Chet Desmond and Sam Stanley investigate the murder of waitress Teresa Banks. Meanwhile, while at the station, FBI Agent Dale Cooper begins to believe that something horrific is going on and that his mysterious dreams predict what is about to happen. And in the small town of Twin Peaks, Laura Palmer is slowly starting to go crazy. She gets all kinds of bizarre visions, including of an aggressive stranger with long gray hair.

''The good Dale is in the lodge and can't leave!'' What a revision. After reviewing all episodes of Twin Peaks (again), including the new season this time of course, this movie 'Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me' has been put on again. I was looking forward to it again for so long.. and the review still exceeded all expectations. The whole universe, the most beautiful universe ever as far as I'm concerned, becomes a beautiful and strange whole. Even more beautiful and weirder than it already was. An immersive experience that time and again manages to pull me into its own world, one that touches me emotionally and terrifies me. A true masterpiece by grandmaster David Lynch. Not normally so beautiful.

Good film about a teenage girl with several boyfriends who gets into trouble. Even though this story is technically a prequel to the series, it makes little sense to watch it without having seen the series. The tone is somewhat different (mainly less humor) and not all characters come along (which is a good choice for a film compared to the series).
