Jackie McClain learns that her ex-husband Mitch is married to the attractive young Tiffany. Jackie and Mitch have a daughter named Brooke. When Jackie learns that Tiffany and Brooke get along, she becomes jealous. After a while it appears that Tiffany has set Brooke against Jackie, causing Brooke to slowly disappear from Jackie's life. It's now up to Jackie to protect her daughter.
