New York, 1951. Emily Crane, photojournalist, accidentally discovers that a US senator is smuggling war criminals into the United States. Emily works with FBI agent Cochran to bring the scandal to the fore. It soon becomes apparent that the Nazi smugglers have connections to very high-ranking government officials, and Emily's life is no longer secure...
