"White slavery still exists!"

Detective Julia Grant (Rena Mero) leaves for Europe to investigate the death of her partner. Her disappearance looks suspiciously like the disappearance of countless young American emigrants who became victims of "The Photographer". The track leads to the girls' reform school 'New Dawn' in Eastern Europe. In the obscure web of intrigue and white slavery, Julia must unravel the mystery.
