13 in a dozen junk. The first ten minutes are, except for the ugly expose, exciting and promising. But soon the whole thing degenerates into a predictable cliché soup of few original ideas, plot holes as big as the monster at the end and a loose arm that for no good reason helps the plot a little further.

Nice movie, neat production, background story deviates enough from the genre to feel fresh.
