A young and physically disabled woman named Penny returns to her father in France after 10 years. But when she arrives, her stepmother tells her that her father has gone on a business trip. Not long after her arrival, she sees her father's dead body in a shed. Her stepmother thinks Penny is imagining it and the only one Penny believes is Robert (the family's driver). Robert tries to help Penny find her father.
