Fabio is a simple civil servant who witnesses a murder while fishing. In fear, he drives off to report it to the police, but because he feels that he is being chased, he waits until the next morning. In the meantime, the killer himself has already made a report and identified Fabio as the killer. As a result, Fabio ends up in a judicial merry-go-round, in which no one believes him anymore, except for one journalist. Together they do everything they can to find the real killer.
