Murder on the Home Front plot

At the height of the German air raids on London, Dr. Lennox Collins, pioneer of the new forensic science, along with Dr. Wilkins investigates after prostitute Mary Williams is found strangled with a swastika carved into her tongue. Wilkins' first prime suspect is the shy Wilfred Ziegler, who found the body. But Lennox rejects this idea when it turns out that Ziegler is left-handed and the killer is clearly right-handed. Their attention is now drawn to the Metropole Club, the place Mary last visited.
