Macht plot

Just before the elections for the new Chancellor take place, the main contender for this position is kidnapped. The ransom is ten million marks, which the candidate's party manages to cough up, but the handover goes wrong. A new attempt is made, on which the film offers three perspectives: that of the kidnapped, his wife and the party leader.
